1. Please note that reservations for customers under 13 years old are not accepted.
2. Please dress appropriately. Do not dress too casually. (eg. Slippers, sandals, vests, shorts, miniskirt, etc) you should pay special attention that there is strict requirement on dressing when having French cuisine or Western cuisine. Males should wear shirts with collar or jackets together with trousers (jeans are not allowed) and socks.
3. Customers should be punctual. If customers are more than 15 minutes late, the reservations shall be canceled with no fees returned. If arrive 15 minutes earlier, customers might be required to wait.
4. Customers shall be responsible for all the consequence if not providing the truthful reservation information(includes but not limited to actual number of people for reservation and the numbers of minors as well as their age), not abiding by the Japanese dining etiquette(includes but not limited to talk loudly, quarreling and fighting, smoking and excessive drinking, network broadcasting or any other activities that might influence others customers).

2. Tax (1000 JPY)
3. Service charge: 5% of the taxed package cost (550 JPY)
